Customer Success
Ryan leads Digital Deployment’s Customer Success function, supporting more than 200 clients. Prior to joining DD, Ryan led Customer Success at HR Cloud, a VC-backed HR software startup in Los Angeles, where he built out a 7-person customer success team, managed multiple overseas development teams to coordinate product improvements, all while maintaining a 98% retention rate during his 3-year tenure.
Ryan’s passion for customer service started at age 12 when he helped his family run seven Subway franchises. Soon, he was programming custom scripts to automate franchise reporting tasks and leverage data to get better customer insights far before it was the norm.
Today, his curiosity, solution-oriented nature, and most importantly, his deep passion for making sure others succeed are why he’s committed to ensuring the customer experience at Digital Deployment is second to none.

This month’s improvements:
- General security updates based on the results of two independent platform security audits
- Made minor fixes to form validation adding additional cross-site scripting (XSS) protections on searchable landing pages
- Minor fixes for ADA compliance and keyboard navigation to comply with WCAG 2.1 AA and California’s AB 434
- Theme updates for certain sites to improve image loading times
- Fixed a bug in the file browser

New Features
- Improved hCAPTCHA functionality on all web forms including user registration forms, comments, and password reset forms. hCaptcha provides simple, easy, and reliable bot detection while being trivial for humans to solve.
- Improved image loading behavior which will result in page speed increases
- Accessibility improvements to sitewide pop-up notifications
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug that caused blocks to reset to default positions
- Fixed a bug that prevented nav terms from being deleted on some sites
- Fixed a bug that prevented YouTube videos from rendering
- Fixed a bug with the file browser that prevented image selection
