Webform Issue Resolved – hCAPTCHA Fix Deployed

Hello System and Site Admins,

This is our last update notifying you that we have completed the deployment of a fix that resolves an issue related to webforms and the hCAPTCHA feature that prevented visitors from successfully submitting web forms.

All web forms and their functionality should be restored and allowing visitors to complete the hCAPTCHA and submit the form successfully.

In previous communications, the source of the issue was identified after connecting with the hCAPTCHA engineering team who informed us of a recent change to their API that broke our existing implementation. This change was not communicated to Digital Deployment and therefore the hCAPTCHA feature began failing and required an emergency fix to be compatible with their changes.

We ask that you take a moment to review key forms on your site to ensure that they are working as you would expect and you are encouraged to report any issues, questions, or concerns to support@digitaldeployment.com.

We understand how important webforms are to your organization and we are terribly sorry for the inconvenience this caused. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we worked on a resolution ensuring the fix is tested and deployed properly to all our customers.
