Phase 4 Training Information

This full day training retreat is intended to teach your staff the ins and outs of the content management system (CMS). Our goal is that by the end of the day, you’ll feel empowered and able to take ownership of the “sandbox,” and confidently make any and all updates to the site’s content pre-launch.

Digital Deployment 1 Day CMS Training Agenda - DRAFT

Please note that for clients out of Sacramento, we may suggest a one and a half day training retreat that includes a 3 hour work session the morning after the full training day.

Who should attend training?

Only people who will be editing the website and preparing the content for launch should be included in this initial training. At any point post-launch, you’re welcome to schedule another training for additional site editors.

Trainings are most successful when attendees know what their responsibilities on the website will be post-training. Your content specialist, Steph or Karla, would be happy to brainstorm workflow and site management processes with you that would best suit your organization.
