Sandeep serves as the technical lead and general manager for Digital Deployment and PensionX, a division specifically focused on serving the needs of public pension systems across North America.

Sandeep brings deep experience leading web projects for over 15 years. Prior to that, Sandeep served as IT director of Citibank Worldwide in Singapore and held numerous other global technology leadership roles.

Expanding on a vision for bringing creatives together, Sandeep founded Planeteria Media, a Bay Area website design firm focused on municipalities, education, and nonprofits. Over the past 5 years, Sandeep architected mergers with other leading west coast agencies, including Brewhouse Media in Portland, OR, and three other firms in Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay Area, and Texas. In 2022, Sandeep worked closely with Mac Clemmens to carefully architect the integration of Digital Deployment into the Planeteria Media family of companies, selecting Digital Deployment’s technology and hosting platform as the basis of the more than 600 sites maintained by the family while tripling Digital Deployment’s creative and staffing capacity in partnership with the four other agencies.
