After a competitive bidding process, the Institute for Local Government selected Digital Deployment to lead the design of a comprehensive 10,000+ page repository of ever-growing content and resources. Utilizing its 8-phase process, Digital Deployment provided website design, consulting, information architecture, content management system deployment and on-site training to the institute.

Digital Deployment also helped formulate a comprehensive search engine and social media optimization strategy, winning over 47,287 new visitors to the site in 2011. On average, users spent 4 minutes on the site per visit, which is an above-average amount of time and a good indicator of the site’s usefulness.
